Nautilus Time Machine
The Time Machine is the worlds first to fully integrate isolated
rotary movement and the patented Nautilus cam for variable resistance, providing
results in a fraction of the time.
Friction-free technology cuts down on friction resistance and provides for a
much smoother, quieter and more productive workout.
Nautilus cams and isolated rotary form allow the user to effectively train the
muscle at its maximum potential throughout the full range of movement. because the workout
is so efficient, it is not necessary to perform multiple sets. Just one set per exercise
performed properly is all that is needed.
In five separate stations with 8 exercises, the Time Machine works major muscle groups of the
upper and lower body. A simple squeeze of the handle at each station allows the user to easily
move from one exercise to the other.
