Training Schedule
Our clients enjoy access to our facility Monday through Saturday as follows:
WOMEN Only (Full Service Plan):
Training with assistance: Monday through Friday 6:00 am until 8:00 pm
Unassisted training: Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
On Saturdays there is no trainer on duty, the exercise floor is open strictly as a self-service option.
MEN/WOMEN (Basic Plan):
Unassisted training: Monday through Friday 6:00 am until 8:00 pm
Unassisted training: Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Personal Training may be purchased
To ensure continued quality in training, Personal Best limits the number of reservations
available for sale. Our clients reserve the appointment time that "most" of the time
works for them, the reservation is theirs as long as payment continues for the reservation,
it shall not be resold. If payment for any reservation lapses, at the option of Personal
Best, the reservation may be sold to anyone desiring said appointment.
We allow for flexing of appointment time. For example: If a client is scheduled for 10:00 am,
and for some reason is unable to keep the 10:00 am appointment, the client may flex in
later in the day. We expect and desire our clients to utilize our facility.
Setting appointments for our clients benefits in two ways, one in limiting overcrowding
of our facility, and secondly people generally keep appointments to exercise. These two
factors will aid our clients in achieving their goals more rapidly.
