Personal Best Fitness for Woman
High Intensity Training Program (H.I.T)
The High Intensity Training (H.I.T.) Program wrapped up on the 14th day of February. The twelve ladies that completed the program cast their votes and choose to hold our awards luncheon as a pot luck dinner. We met at the Lutheran Church basement on the 22nd of February to recognize and honor the accomplishments of the participants. Each participant received a certificate of completion, a special silver ribbon pin and a T-shirt.
The trophy for biggest loser of weight went to Roiann Gardner; she lost 26 pounds. The trophy for the biggest loser of inches went to Hope Garner; she lost 17.5 inches. The trophy for the biggest loser of body fat was awarded to Debra Underwood; she lost 3.2% body fat.
The ladies voted Carrie Mckee as most inspirational; most disciplined went to Debra Underwood.
Recognition was also given to each of the weekly biggest losers of weight; Roiann Gardner, Lea Baldwin, Carrie McKee, Julie Doubek and Beth Ann Neff.
Completing this program was no easy task. They exercised vigorously five days a week, endured a low calorie diet and did this for six weeks. Some of them worked out when they didn't feel real well. Each deserves applause for her stamina and determination. Way to go ladies!!!
The final numbers for the twelve combined are staggering. As a group the ladies lost 172.5 pounds, 152.5 inches and 18.9% body fat!!!
